All of our machines are hand built on site using only the best materials and are built to last. After investing a lot of money and time installing your new arena it is imperative to look after it, not only to prolong the life of your arena but also to reduce any risk of injury to your horse.
All of our machines can be pulled using a quad, 4x4, tractor or suitable mower. Special order and special size machines are also available.
As well as the products listed below, we also undertake various other steel work such as security gates for tackrooms/partitions etc.

ARENAMATE |
|

|
 Whatever the surface material - sand, rubber, combiride, turf float, woodchip, pasada, plastic etc and all synthetic surfaces etc, a superbly flat, level surface will be achieved - every time!
 Having a single opening plate, the ARENAMATE™ will collect surplus material from the kickboards, pull it in towards the track and then level the surface - and does a fantastic job levelling into the corners!
A small wheel at the side allow the leveller to maintain the correct distance every time. Other features include a unique winding handle to set the depth (very easy to use) and two small spades fitted behind the wheels to assist the levelling of a particularly lumpy surface, which will eventually be levelled completely flat.
The ARENAMATE™ is a superbly engineered piece of machinery which is very strong and yet light enough to move easily. The ARENAMATE™ comes ready to use with a ball or pin hitch; if a three point linkage is needed we can supply this also.

Tines |
|
|
|
 Tines can be added to our Type 1 ARENAMATE™ and would be used on any surfaces that have a 'fibre' mix i.e. Clopf, Turfloat, Combiride etc. Tines can also be helpful in the winter months if your surface starts to freeze.

ARENAMATE Type 2 |

 The ARENAMATE™ Type 2 has been specifically designed to work with the long strip rubber types like Alruba, Belvoir Rubber etc. Our Type 2 has a unique design and does a fantastic job on such surfaces.

ARENAMATE Type 3 |
|

|
 The ARENAMATE™ Type 3 has been designed for use mainly with synthetic and wax coated surfaces although it also does a fantastic job on most other surfaces too. It comes in a choice of sizes starting with 1.5m, 1.7m, 2m and has the option of one or two split rollers depending on what you have to pull the leveller with. This product is built to order so please contact our office with your requirements.
